Welcome to the website of our holiday home on the Lot. Our private holiday home in the South of France is located in a unique spot on the River Lot in the department of Lot-et-Garonne. The house is accessible for 4 adults and 2 children. The 1100m2 garden offers direct access to the river, where you can swim, fish and navigate. Directly at the terrace you find our lovely private swimming pool with 4 sun beds. The pool offers cooling down during the sunny days. In addition, there is the possibility to take a good look at the river from the water with the luxury aluminum boat. The large stretch has several characters and also villages where you can moor. Villeneuve-sur-lot is a big city and there are plenty of attractions nearby! The house has 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet and an extra separate toilet.

This is an ideal environment for carp anglers. What do you think of wild river scales interspersed with beautiful mirrors. There are also a few full scale on this piece. A very diverse file of carp. In the garden and on the terrace you have a unique view of the river and the beautifull landscape. On the large balcony you can take a look at the river and the beautiful clear sky before going to sleep.
