This year we have a new addition! Another beautiful villa on the idyllic banks of the Lot river. Both houses are built in the same chic but solid style. This villa has air conditioning and is suitable for 6 people: 4 adults and 2 children. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed. The large living room with sliding doors offers a view of the water. The large balcony with awning provides the perfect opportunity to sit outside in the shade. The plot of the holiday home has an area of 1450m2 and has wide access to the Lot River. Here you can enjoy swimming, carp fishing, catfish fishing or simply enjoy nature!

This holiday home on the Lot can be booked from May 2024. We are currently busy making the villa beautiful and furnishing it to taste. That is why we do not yet have all the photos on the website. Of course we will make this new house just as beautiful as Maison Pinel!

For nice cooling during the summer you have an inground swimming pool of 5 x 2.5m at your disposal. There is a toilet in the basement of maison Lot and a refrigerator for drinks during the hot days. While barbecuing you will be treated to a perfect view over the Lot river. From the terrace you have a good overview of the garden, which is nice when there are children. There is also a lovely beach just a 10-minute drive away. The river is very wide here and you can fish for carp from the garden almost all year round. The holiday home is located close to Saint-Livrade-sur-Lot, which is approximately half of this mega dam of the Lot. Here you can get everything you need. Due to the size of the dam, you also have several characters along the banks of the Lot river, which makes it very diverse. This largest dam of the Lot has a natural stock of common carp. These are the well-known ancient scales from the Lot river mixed with a smaller population of mirror carp. Weights up to 50 pounds are possible. Several Spiegelkarp releases have been made in the last 8 years! The bites are deafening and you won't soon forget the drill!
