1st floor:
Living room, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), bathroom with shower and toilet, large balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and living room with a view over the river.
Garden / terrace:
The entire garden is 1100m². Around the gite are sunny spots as well as shade under the trees. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the River Lot.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool of 6 by 3 meters is located directly at the terrace. Brand new and wonderful for cooling down. 4 sun beds and partial shade due to the beautiful Japanese maple. This gives you a breathtaking view over the river Lot.
The rod pods can be ideally placed on the waterfront. We even have an aluminum boat in the water so you can even go fishing one night and you can sleep on the boat with a stretcher. The boat is also ideal for the family to sail or, for example, to get bread in the nearest village.

Renting a child's bed & renting a fishing gear: bulbs, tigers, fishing rods, beepers, buoy system, end tackle etc.

BESIDES THE HOUSE AND SWIMMING POOL A BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS GARDEN IS DIRECTLY LOCATED AT THE WATER WITH A LOT OF PRIVACY. A BEAUTIFUL ALUMINUM BOAT IS ALSO LOCATED AT THE HOUSE WITH WHICH YOU CAN PERFECTLY FISH A NIGHT OR WITH WHICH YOU CAN NAVIGATE WITH THE FAMILY.
